Sports Physiotherapy in Blaxland
Personalised, one-on-one sports physiotherapy at our Blaxland clinic — the same evidence-based approach Physio Local has provided since 2010.

One-on-one care, built around you
Our Blaxland clinic supports athletes across the Blue Mountains — from weekend trail runners to competitive sporting teams — with the same evidence-based sports physiotherapy Physio Local has provided since 2010. Every session uses our on-site gymnasium for graded, loaded rehab, not just stretching on a treatment table.

Jordan Baker
Hi there, I'm Jordan, owner and principal physiotherapist at Physio Local.
After graduating as a physiotherapist over a decade ago I began my career in the Glenmore Park clinic working alongside many experienced clinicians. This allowed me to develop strong foundations in manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and patient-centred care — skills that continue to shape how I practise today.
It was in 2019 that I made the leap into clinic ownership, taking on the reins of the Glenmore Park clinic and soon after expanding to the Blaxland location. Born and raised in Penrith and having lived my entire life in Glenmore Park and Blaxland, giving back to the local community that helped raise me is what motivates me.
Within the clinics I am proud of the team of people that we have assembled — you won't find a nicer and more approachable bunch of therapists anywhere. We are passionate about connecting with people, understanding their story and then assisting to get them back to doing the things they enjoy.
