Hi there, I'm Jordan, owner and principal physiotherapist at Physio Local.

After graduating as a physiotherapist over a decade ago I began my career in the Glenmore Park clinic working alongside many experienced clinicians. This allowed me to develop strong foundations in manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and patient-centred care — skills that continue to shape how I practise today.

It was in 2019 that I made the leap into clinic ownership, taking on the reins of the Glenmore Park clinic and soon after expanding to the Blaxland location. Born and raised in Penrith and having lived my entire life in Glenmore Park and Blaxland, giving back to the local community that helped raise me is what motivates me.

Within the clinics I am proud of the team of people that we have assembled — you won't find a nicer and more approachable bunch of therapists anywhere. We are passionate about connecting with people, understanding their story and then assisting to get them back to doing the things they enjoy.

Nicky is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a background in biomechanics and performance, holding First Class Honours and published research in hip pain. With extensive experience in dance and movement-based training, she combines hands-on therapy, dry needling, and structured exercise programs to help clients return to activity safely and efficiently.

Ben is a physiotherapist with a strong passion for sport and long-term health outcomes. Having played sport his entire life, he enjoys helping clients of all levels return to activity while also supporting sustainable movement for work and everyday life. Outside the clinic, you'll often find him on the golf course or local soccer fields.

James holds a background in sport and exercise science alongside a Master's in Physiotherapy. His own experience with sporting injuries sparked his interest in rehabilitation and holistic care. James enjoys working closely with clients to help them reach their goals and maintains a strong interest in strength training and athletic performance.

Jon is an experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in pain management, headaches, and long-term self-management strategies. He takes a holistic approach to care, helping clients build confidence and independence in their recovery. Jon is bilingual and can provide consultations in Arabic where preferred.

Luke combines a strong academic background in sport and exercise science with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy. He has a keen interest in sports injury rehabilitation and evidence-based treatment. Outside of work, Luke enjoys staying active through sport, hiking, fishing, and motorsports.

Shanin is passionate about musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, with a particular interest in post-operative rehabilitation. He takes a holistic, individualised approach to care and enjoys working closely with clients to help them return to optimal performance. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with family, watching films, and exploring great food.

Matthew holds a background in Sports and Exercise Science alongside a Doctor of Physiotherapy. His passion lies in helping people return to their best physical selves through structured, goal-driven care. A dedicated athlete, Matthew has over a decade of karate experience, including a national championship title, and enjoys staying active through sport and coaching.

Jannika graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2018 and brings international experience from private clinics in Germany. With advanced training in manual therapy, she focuses on movement efficiency and how joints and muscles work together to support function. Outside the clinic, Jannika enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and exploring the local area.

Doug brings a unique background to physiotherapy, having transitioned from a rewarding career in teaching to complete a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University. He combines a strong understanding of the human body with a passion for education, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their recovery.

Nathanael is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who specialises in personalised, evidence-based exercise programs. He focuses on understanding each client's goals and lifestyle to create sustainable, long-term results. Outside of work, Nathanael enjoys strength training, team sports, and keeping up with Formula 1.

Rey is known for his skilled hands-on treatment, positive energy, and ability to make people feel at ease. With over a decade of experience, he delivers effective remedial and sports massage tailored to each client's needs. Outside the clinic, Rey enjoys pickleball, family time, and life's lighter moments.

Guy is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with additional training in personal training and myofascial cupping. He takes a movement-focused, client-centred approach to help manage pain, improve function, and support recovery. With a strong interest in biomechanics and athletic performance, Guy tailors each session to the individual, combining hands-on therapy with long-term movement outcomes in mind.

Chantelle is often the first friendly face you'll see at Physio Local. With over 13 years of experience in health and medical administration, she ensures every client feels welcomed and supported. Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and baking for those she loves.

Emma has been a valued member of the team for many years and takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every client. She enjoys getting to know the people who walk through the door and is always happy to help with questions or concerns, ensuring each visit runs smoothly and comfortably.

Lou is a friendly and approachable member of the Physio Local team, bringing strong experience in administration and customer care. A proud Blue Mountains local, she is passionate about supporting both clients and clinicians and plays an important role in delivering a positive, seamless experience at the clinic.
